Working with Nora feels like exploring the subconscious with a friend. My session lasted over five and a half hours but the time really flew by. She asked really insightful questions and unlocked some "aha" moments before the hypnosis session even began!
The entire process was deeply relaxing, and deeply surprising. It seems to quickly rewire your nervous system for a new baseline of calm.
For over a week after the session, my brain was making surprising connections between my spirit and my environment, and deeper context for events playing out in my life. This is much more immersive than the traditional hypnotherapy I have experienced, and is continuing to produce more insights over a month later.

I was immediately impressed by Nora’s calming and open presence. She creates a comfortable atmosphere with no judgement and an empathetic/insightful ear. The first half of the session was going over your choice topics of discussion and questions that you would like to explore during the hypnosis. And while it can seem scary to open up to a stranger, Nora made me feel safe to be as vulnerable as I’d like. It truly felt like talking to an old, dear friend. The second half of my session was difficult to describe. Through Nora’s guidance, I was indeed able to dive DEEP and gain new insights into my life, past and present. I still reflect on moments of my session to this day. It is an experience I will never forget.
You couldn’t ask for a more receptive, attentive presence than Nora.
Even the opening interview was valuable. It prompted me to think about my life story more cohesively than I had in years.
I had some concerns about hypnosis — how much I might disclose, how much control I would have, and what the experience might involve. Nora took those concerns seriously and shared thoughtful resources that helped me feel informed and comfortable.
The hypnosis itself was immersive, surprisingly moving, and unlike anything I had experienced before.
Whether or not this is something you would normally seek out, I think there is real value in the experience. And if you are considering it, you would be in very capable hands with Nora.

I’d never done anything like a QHHT experience before, but Nora made unfamiliar territory feel comfortable, grounded, and accessible. She creates a truly safe space for exploring deeper questions, and I left with greater clarity about my priorities and my path. What I really wasn’t expecting was the surge of energy and lightness I felt for the next several days, both physically and emotionally. I have a chronic illness that seriously zaps my energy, so that was both surprising and thrilling.
It’s now been a couple months since my session, and I still find myself conjuring images I saw during hypnosis and immediately feeling peace and a deeper love for myself. It’s a truly unique experience, and Nora is the perfect guide.
Unlike most therapy modalities where you book frequent appointments over time, QHHT seemed that it would provide a greater level of depth and presence to my issues. I enjoyed the experience of sharing my history because it gave me a chance to hear myself say it in a condensed fashion, giving my brain clues on what I needed to focus on. While listening, Nora was also able to point out things for emphasis as a mirror which helped me see some of my perceptions from outside myself.
The hypnosis part was peaceful and pleasant and more like a guided meditation in a trance-like state. It was easy to surrender to Nora's guidance as she provided a loving and compassionate space and made me feel comfortable and trusting.
The things evoked from my subconscious during the experience were fascinating and I spent many days reflecting on what they meant for this particular life. It was kind of like going on an informational treasure hunt.

The reason for my visit was mostly to figure out a creative and emotional block I feel I might have. The experience was wonderful, and Nora was an exceptionally empathic practitioner who made me feel very confident to say whatever I was feeling at any moment. While I did not feel I got very deep with hypnosis (which I unfortunately never have), I do feel that there were recurring themes that kept coming up, namely the word "faith". Just that feeling of me not having faith in much kept being a sticking point to creative blocks and I feel opened a great pathway for me creatively, to have faith in myself and to doubt less. I have been more driven and creative lately, and it's certainly easier to turn off the nagging inner voice and just have faith.
Next to traditional talk therapy, this was very helpful because it condenses many sessions into one long day, so I felt there could be much more progress made this way. Overall, the experience with Nora was wonderful and very helpful as to an insight into my inner workings.

Council has taught me to listen more closely, to hear more clearly, to reflect more deeply--to allow another to fully express their thoughts, to tell their story, without interruption; to quiet my brain so I can become immersed in the experience of another. I’m excited about having more Councils so I can continue to improve my listening and become more thoughtful of the words I use. It is gratifying to know I’m being heard.
When I first met Nora, I was struck by her peaceful aura. She is kind and patient. She listens. She contributes to a conversation thoughtfully. She emanates a loving energy that puts you at ease.
Being a part of a "council" meeting was new to me but after experiencing it a couple of times with Nora leading, I must say I really like it!
Nora has a calm but confident presence that immediately brought a peaceful spirit to our gathering. Her questions were creative and stimulating, sparking a wonderful session of deep sharing from all who were a part of it. I highly recommend her!
